Kyle Fleischmann
Christ-Follower, Pastor, Lead Consultant, Strategic Envisioning Guide
Kyle has been involved in church leadership since 1999 and has most recently served as Executive Pastor for two large churches — in Tucson, Arizona (2013-2018) and Tauranga, New Zealand (2018-2021). Prior to this, Kyle was a founding member of a church plant in Bend, Oregon and served in leadership there for 11 years (2002-2013).
During these years as a church planter, Kyle stepped away from directing clinics as a physical therapist to co-found and grow a company dedicated to consulting, practice management, marketing services, and finances for health care clinics across the United States. This company, Vantage Clinical Solutions, eventually sold to Optima Healthcare Solutions, now Net Health.
As an Executive Pastor, Kyle formed collaborative groups of staff leaders from local churches to consult and mentor each other through the ups and downs of church ministry. With this, he has informally been consulting churches since 2013. It’s a true passion and calling for Kyle to give back to the Kingdom in this way and so decided to step into full-time church consulting in 2022 — forming Refiners Church Consulting in early 2023.
Kyle has been on and led many mission trips across the globe - to Mexico, Thailand, India and Haiti. He traveled annually to Haiti (2013-2017) to teach the Bible and prepare young pastors for church planting. Through these experiences, Kyle has learned lessons on leadership, operations and systems in the Church across the globe that can be used to strengthen and grow individual churches wherever God has them.
He is a Certified Guide in Strategic Envisioning with The Malphurs Group.
Kyle currently resides in the Nashville, Tennessee area with his wife and son. He enjoys reading, kayaking, fishing, hunting and cooking. He is also a private investor in commercial real estate and start-up/early stage businesses.

Dana Yentzer
Christ-Follower, Pastor, Teacher, Consultant
Dana is founder and director of Ministry Resources International (MRI), a ministry-development incubator. The idea for MRI began in 1992 when Dana was a denominationally-commissioned, bi-vocational church-planter in Eastern Pennsylvania. He desired that his church members benefit from the type of education and discipleship training he received to prepare for ministry. This type of training was a means to fast-track those committed to ministry in their local community, equipping them to understand and implement the Bible in ministry and in life.
Today, 30 years later, MRI still provides each student an intensive, accelerated training experience in Bible Mastery and Ministry Leadership. An emphasis on biblical study and understanding underscores MRI’s coursework with collaborative, community partnerships to enhance a student’s influence and impact. MRI is a multi-denominational ministry. Dana currently serves as a ministry consultant, pastoral mentor, curriculum consultant, and classroom instructor while overseeing MRI.
Dana and his wife, Lorraine, enjoy life alongside their two sons and daughter, and their families.
